About
Leadership & Executive Coaching
I believe people perform at their best when they have the space to examine their thinking and feelings around a challenge, separate signal from noise, and get clear on what they're actually trying to accomplish. I coach because I love helping people untangle complex problems and partnering with them to discover unexpected insights and solutions.
1:1 coaching is a collaborative partnership grounded in thoughtful questioning. I work with clients pursuing professional goals, navigating transitions, finding clarity in moments when they're feeling stuck, and preparing for tricky conversations.
My professional experience prior to coaching has been rooted in People Operations, working closely with senior and executive leaders. I follow International Coaching Federation (ICF) guidelines in my coaching practice, but when helpful and upon request, I can step outside of coaching to offer consulting on people strategy topics.
Coaching Credentials
NYU Certificate in Executive Coaching, completed Spring 2026. ICF member, pursuing ICF certification.
My coaching style pairs deep listening with a solutions-focused mindset. I'm not shy about challenging a client to move the needle. I'll help you stay honest and accountable to yourself and the steps you plan to take.
My Story
A degree in viola performance from the University of Michigan brought me to New York City, where I went on to spend 8 years at a fast-paced, technology-driven trading firm and build a career in People Operations and as a Chief of Staff. Across those experiences, I kept finding myself drawn to the same thing: sitting down with someone to untangle a tricky problem, figure out what really matters, and turn clarity into action.
After taking a year away to spend time with my young son, I returned to People Operations as a consultant while training as a coach. I ultimately decided to focus fully on coaching, and now partner with leaders across industries as they navigate complex, meaningful challenges and decide what comes next.
Outside of coaching, you'll find me supporting my two favorite nonprofit arts organizations as a board member, trying my hand at vegetable gardening, or exploring new running trails in the Hudson Valley.
A Note on Packages
I have several package options available, which we can discuss during a complimentary consult. Packages can also be customized based on your goals and needs.
